HVAC Service Technician – $30.00 to $50.00 per hour. $2,500 sign‑on bonus!

HVAC Service Technician

$28.00 to $45.00 per hour plus additional compensation based on experience and capabilities.

7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems.
• Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers.
• Experience servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and product.
• Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions.
• Daily use of tablet.

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience consulting customers with repair and replace decisions.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired.
