HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate$28.00 to $45.00 per hour plus additional compensation based on experience and capabilities.
Work Hours7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
What You Will Be Doing- Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Working with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems.
- Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers.
- Experience servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Consulting with and educating homeowners on systems and product.
- Ability to contact tech support with diagnostic questions.
- Daily use of tablet.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience consulting customers with repair and replace decisions.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate from a HVAC Technical School desired.
