Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with Case Management and Case Reviews in a relevant health care setting
This position requires excellent organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van preferred
Crisis intervention training (i.e. PABC) is favorable CPR, First Aid and MAP certificates preferred
