We are looking for a Administration Clerk to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Administration Clerk is responsible for supporting business operations by managing administrative and sales-related tasks to ensure smooth continuity inside normal working hours. The role involves maintaining and responding to new enquiries and customer contact, distributing queries to the correct departments, and processing customer order requests such as cancellations or amendments in line with company procedures and data processing legislation. Additionally, the Administration Clerk monitors and responds to messages from third- party sales platforms, ensuring professional and timely communication that upholds the company’s service standards.

This position requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while representing the business effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Enquiry Management:
    Monitor and manage new customer enquiries and messages received ensuring they are acknowledged promptly and directed to the correct internal department for action.
  • Existing Customer Contact:
    Maintain communication with existing customers, ensuring all requests and updates are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Order Administration:
    Process order cancellations, amendments, and change requests in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
  • Third-Party Platform Communication:
    Respond to and manage messages received through third-party sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, or similar), ensuring all customer interactions are handled promptly and in a professional tone.
  • Information Distribution:
    Log, categorise, and assign customer queries or service requests to the relevant department for follow‑up.
  • Administrative Support:
    Complete general administrative duties, data entry, and reporting tasks as required to support the wider team and ensure weekend coverage.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate and organised records.
  • General administrative duties including answering phones, reporting, and office organisation.

What We Offer:
  • Working hours will be between 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
  • £27,000 per annum
  • 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
