As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to the residents, including observing, reviewing, and finalizing care plans, assisting with and generating ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues. Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents.
