Converting Operator

The Converting Operative will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery in the Converting department, including lamination, slitting, waxing, and punching. This role involves maximising productivity, minimising downtime and waste, and ensuring goods are produced to a high standard of quality. Key activities include operating machinery, manual handling of reels, monitoring production, conducting safety checks, and inputting production data.

Temp to perm after 6 months

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, operating machinery.
• Good organisational skills and high standards of personal conduct
• Effective communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
• Good IT literacy and attention to detail
