IFA Administrator - Newcastle-Under-Lyme

Hours: Flexible | Full-time or part-time (25–37 hours)

Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme (office-based initially)

We’re working with a small, close-knit Financial planning team based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their very small team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the administrative side of financial services and is looking for a stable, long-term position within a supportive environment. Progression is possible, and study support is available, but there is no pressure to move on quickly.

• IFA administration support across the full client journey
• Supporting advisers and paraplanner
• Processing client instructions and maintaining client records
• General compliance and back-office support

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible start and finish times
• Can work around school hours
• Part-time hours considered (from 25 hours per week)
• Hybrid working available dependent on Experience

• Very small, friendly team
• Hands‑on, front‑to‑back role
• Supportive and flexible working culture

• Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role is essential
• Comfortable working in a small team
• Organised, reliable, and detail‑focused
