Hours of Work: full time

The Director of Teaching and Learning will provide strategic leadership in academic quality, oversee curriculum development, foster excellent teaching standards, and lead a dedicated team of academic staff. This influential role involves shaping the future of international education at KUIC and ensuring outstanding student outcomes through innovative and high-quality programmes.

Director of Teaching and Learning Duties:

Lead and uphold high standards of academic quality and performance across all programmes.
Drive the development and delivery of an evolving and competitive academic portfolio.
Lead, support, and develop academic staff, including both permanent and sessional lecturers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote excellent student achievement.
Collaborate effectively with Keele University and Navitas partners to enhance academic offerings.

Director of Teaching and Learning Requirements:

Extensive experience in learning and teaching leadership within higher education.
Deep understanding of UK Higher Education quality frameworks and standards.
Proven track record of leading positive change in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to student success and academic excellence.

Director of Teaching and Learning Benefits:
