We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Newcastle under Lyme (ST5). As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an essential role in supporting student learning by supervising classes across various subjects in the absence of teaching staff. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students during lessons, ensuring classroom behaviour is maintained.

Manage and support students with their independent learning tasks.

Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour.

Ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

Experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

An enthusiastic and positive approach to working in a secondary school environment.
