Curriculum Leader – T-Level Engineering

We are looking for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to lead the T‑Level Engineering curriculum at Newcastle & Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG). You will work as an inspiring lecturer with a background in engineering, delivering high‑quality, imaginative sessions and supporting a varied delivery team.

• Deliver lively and interactive teaching, learning and assessment to a high standard on a range of programmes.
• Secure outstanding success for all learners, meeting targets for recruitment, retention, achievement, attendance and progression.
• Support the design and development of engineering programmes across the provision range.
• Teach across full‑time, part‑time and apprenticeship programmes within the engineering department.
• Engage in core duties such as preparation, marking, monitoring student progress, preparing reports, setting and marking exams, and developing flexible learning materials.

• Relevant degree in Engineering and equivalent higher technical expertise (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering).
• Teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent) or willingness to study for one.
• Industry experience with current knowledge to deliver to industry standard.
• Well‑organised with ability to manage a varied workload.
