Position: Junior Civil / Drainage Design Technician
Location: Newcastle under Lyme

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Civil / Drainage Design Technician to join a growing privately-owned engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation and strong pipeline of work.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced engineering team, you will assist in the design and modelling of civil and drainage infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors.

The role will involve:

* Producing civil and drainage design drawings

* Modelling pipework and infrastructure layouts

* Using AutoCAD on a daily basis

* Supporting Revit modelling and BIM coordination

* Assisting with project documentation and technical detailing

* Collaborating closely with engineers and senior technicians

About You

* Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, CAD, or similar

* Experience using AutoCAD

* Basic understanding of Revit preferred (training can be provided)

* Keen interest in civil infrastructure and drainage design

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

* Good communication and teamwork skills
