The Hartshorne Group is a leading commercial vehicle distributor offering full parts and service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus, as well as new and used sales and related services. We are recruiting HGV Technicians to join our team in Potteries with day and night shifts available.

• Fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in line with Volvo’s standards.
• Accurate completion of documentation, including repair orders, service reports, and production cards.
• Work under pressure, actively seek solutions to technical challenges, and maintain excellent customer service through clear communication.

• Day Shift (Alternate weeks):
  Week One 06:00–14:00, Week Two 14:00–22:00;
  Alternate Saturday mornings;
  Call-out rota.
• Night Shift (Alternate weeks):
  Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (10-hour shift).

• City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI in motor vehicle management, or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
• HGV licence is advantageous but not essential.
