Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are looking for an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in optics to lead and inspire our team in Newcastle Under Lyme.

Full-time – 5 days / 40 hours per week (week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday; week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

As our Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and service. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey, which is at the core of what we do. Your expertise in optical retail will enable you to effectively manage operations, drive business growth, and lead a motivated team to success.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the practice
• Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer care via the Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey
• Manage stock, budgets, and performance KPIs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Foster a positive, professional working environment
