ResponsibilitiesWe deliver statutory services across multiple areas. The successful candidate will contribute to work in services including:
- Statutory nuisance
- Air quality
- Contaminated land
- Private water supplies
- Smoke control
- Regulation of industrial premises
- Providing consultee input to planning and licensing departments
Note:
You may have experience in some, but not all, of these areas; the team delivers across these services and the role involves working within that scope.
We are seeking an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) or environmental protection professional who has a passion for protecting the public, the environment, business, and improving people’s lives through the delivery of statutory services. You must have experience in some of the services listed above; experience in all is not required.
