Lidl GB in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to maintain high standards and lead a busy store. You’ll motivate your team, oversee shift operations, and ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the shop floor.
You’ll be responsible for stock, cash processes, customer experience, and coaching colleagues to develop their skills. The role offers hourly pay (£15.45) with enhanced rates for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a benefits package.
