Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an ambitious and customer-focused New Homes Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team. The Role As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will manage the sales process from start to finish while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Progress customer reservations through to exchange and completion, meeting and exceeding sales and legal targets. Welcome, qualify and guide prospective purchasers through the home-buying journey. Present developments, house types, specifications, incentives and pricing professionally and confidently. Build lasting relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service. Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system. Conduct competitor analysis and local market research, providing feedback to support future sales strategies.

Ensure the sales office, show homes and marketing materials are presented to the highest standard. Negotiate sales within agreed company guidelines. Work collaboratively with internal departments, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience. Provide feedback on marketing campaigns and customer trends. About You The successful candidate will be driven, personable and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in new homes sales, estate agency or a target-driven sales environment. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building ability with a customer-first approach. Good organisational and administrative skills. Experience using CRM systems. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Why Apply?
