Security Door Supervisor

We're on the lookout for experienced and professional security personnel to join our team as full-time door supervisors. If you've got a background working in pubs, bars, venues, or events, we’d love to hear from you.

At TLG Security, we pride ourselves on a team that’s impeccably presented, courteous, and proactive. We want you to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain our reputation for excellence.

You should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of communicating clearly both in person and in writing. You’ll also need to be able to travel to various sites, whether by your own vehicle or public transport.

• Prior security experience and an SIA license are a big plus.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge is helpful.
• While having a full driving license and your own vehicle is desirable, it’s not mandatory.

• We’re not just looking for staff; we’re looking for professionals who value quality and want to be part of a top-tier team. We offer above-industry-average pay because we believe in rewarding excellence.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
