As a Warehouse Operative – Inventory, you will participate in all aspects of inventory control, stock movement, and the smooth running of the Warehouse, ensuring goods are accurately picked, stored, and dispatched. Working in a fast‑paced, detail‑focused, and safety‑conscious manner, you provide reliable and efficient support across all warehouse operations. In addition, you will:

• Pick, prepare, and fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain stock records within warehouse management systems.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes, including loading, unloading, inspecting, and storing products.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and conveyor systems.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, follow all health and safety procedures, and report any potential risks.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency at basic computer operation.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Prior experience working or being part of a team.
• GCSE or equivalent preferable.

• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior experience working with an ERP system.
• Prior experience working with electronics or automation products.
• Health & Safety qualifications.
• Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
