The Role

Qualified (ICAS, ACA or ACCA) Audit & Assurance Senior supporting the wider team on client portfolios in Newcastle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare statutory accounts for limited company clients and file them for Manager/Partner review.
  • Plan, coordinate and complete audit assignments and accounts work.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information.
  • Ensure complete audit or accounts files are ready for Manager review within budget and time.
  • Complete sections or entire audit files, especially subsidiaries in multi‑entity group audits, as assigned.
  • Assist with general administration within the department.
The Candidate

Required qualifications and skills:

  • ICAS / ACA / ACCA qualified.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player willing to assist colleagues.
  • Strong prioritisation and deadline management skills.
  • Initiative and organisational/problem‑solving abilities.
  • Dynamic team member intent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
