Are you an Accountant or similar looking for a varied opportunity to join a boutique, tight‑knit accountancy that prides itself on a positive and unique culture, and ongoing development of staff? This company provides a range of services for individuals and bespoke businesses within beauty across the UK. They have seen continual growth since 2018, whilst maintaining a supportive and collaborative nature, and are now looking to recruit a new accountant to help their ongoing expansion.

This varied role would see you undertaking a range of work including preparing accounts for micro companies and sole traders, payroll, bookkeeping and VAT returns. You will also support the junior accountant and liaise with other team members as you work collaboratively in office 10am‑6pm.

• Prepare micro company accounts and do returns for sole traders / self‑employed individuals
• Payroll, bookkeeping, VATs and associated financial responsibilities
• Liaise with other team members and support juniors
• Office based Monday‑Friday 10am‑6pm

• Accountant or part‑qualified Accountant
• Looking to join a tight‑knit company
• Commute to Newcastle‑upon‑Tyne
