Overview
Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Pay: 13.99ph
Contract: Temporary for 7-8 months (with potential to extend / temp to perm)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Walton Street or Gateway, Buckinghamshire
Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Work Pattern: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the office
What does the job entail?Buckinghamshire Council is recruiting Business Support Administrators to join their team. This is a customer- and stakeholder-facing administrative role supporting the team with a backlog of EHCNA requests, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
You will achieve this by:- Managing and updating records related to EHCNA requests
- Carrying out accurate and timely data entry
- Maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards
- Previous administration experience or similar
- Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
