Overview

Our client – a leading global executive search firm known for its integrity, deep client relationships and collaborative culture – is seeking an EA to join in its healthcare practice. A high-profile Executive Assistant role working closely with the Head of Practice and the wider team, the position is dynamic, external-facing and central to the successful delivery of executive search assignments.

It combines senior EA support with significant project coordination and stakeholder management responsibilities, offering variety and intellectual challenge beyond a traditional EA role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination and delivery of executive search assignments
  • Manage search timelines, documentation and action points
  • Provide full EA support to the Head of Healthcare Practice, including complex diary management
  • Build and manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare candidate reports, presentations and pitch materials (PowerPoint essential; InDesign advantageous)
  • Support business development activity, including client liaison and responding to new enquiries
  • Organise meetings, events, corporate hospitality and travel
  • Handle expenses, invoicing and general administrative support
About You
  • 2–5+ years’ experience as an EA, ideally within professional services, executive search or recruitment
  • Highly organised with strong judgement and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Excel desirable)
  • Discreet, dependable and trusted, with high levels of integrity
