Job Purpose

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented temporary Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting our Intellectual Property services by performing essential data entry and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in handling various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our IP processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing pricing screens for all order types with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Extracting cost breakdowns from TRADOS and updating charge sheets accordingly.
  • Delivering Protom translations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Providing general administrative support to the IP group as needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing cost breakdowns and structured data.
  • Basic technical literacy for handling various file types and uploads.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to adhere to processes and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
