Overview
Success Recruit is currently working with a well-established land and property company that is seeking to appoint a Branch Administrator to join its experienced team, based at their Hampshire offices.
The successful Branch Administrator will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Working within a supportive team environment, you will play a key role in providing high‑level administrative support to a team of appraisers.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Demonstrate 1‑2 years of administration experience within a professional environment.
- Show good written and verbal communication skills.
- Work in a team, quality‑driven environment striving towards a common goal.
- Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
- Answer incoming enquiries and transfer via telephone and email.
- Assist with online registrations and payments.
- Manage auction appraisers’ diaries and arrange property viewings.
- Create and maintain accurate information on the auction management system.
- Support accepting bids for properties and liaison with buyers.
- Support marketing of property listings.
- Prepare auction paperwork for signature on behalf of the negotiators.
- Assist the management team with ad‑hoc administration projects.
- Oversee the office daily, ensuring compliance is managed and facilities issues are addressed immediately.

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm – no weekend work required.
Salary:
Circa £26‑£27k, dependent on experience, plus quarterly bonuses based on performance.
