Overview
Compliance Coordinator (Temp to perm) – Based in Bedfordshire – Office based – 17.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support to the Contracts Manager or the Housing Asset Manager in achieving essential objectives.
- Multi-task across different teams, involving the Contracting team or the Housing Asset team; work with Gas, Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, Electrical and Lift mechanical administrative duties.
- Provide self-organised administrative support by observing managerial priorities for all referred functions.
- For Temporary Accommodation, coordinate administrative duties including surveys and electrical and gas tests on behalf of letting agencies.
- Support the efficient and continuous delivery of building compliance services, focusing on helping the Contracts and Housing Asset Management teams meet aims and objectives, comply with standards and statutory obligations, achieve performance targets, including financial and customer satisfaction/value for money.
