22 Hours per week:
Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 3pm.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Park Events Coordinator to help deliver a wide range of exciting events and activities across Newcastle’s Parks. From community celebrations to major commercial events, you’ll play a key role in helping us create safe, vibrant and inclusive spaces for residents and visitors.
You’ll support the planning and delivery of events, build strong relationships with partners and community groups, and assist with marketing, administration and onsite supervision. You’ll also help grow the programme by engaging with residents, community groups, local businesses and commercial operators.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with event experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required to support the events program.
