First Response Advisor (English and Romanian speaking) to join a busylegal teamin Newcastle City Centre .Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewithstrongcommunicationskillsandaprofessionalmannertobecomeanintegralpartofourclientcareteam.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewill actasthefirstpointofcontactfor newandexisting clients,handlingenquiriesinallthreelanguages.
Youwillplayakeyroleinensuringthatclientinformationisaccuratelycapturedandthateachenquiryismanagedefficientlyandwithcare.
Client Communication:Answerincomingcallsandemails,providingclearandprofessionalinformationin
English and Romanian
,dependingonclientneeds.Attendance Taking:Recordaccuratedetailsofclientenquiriesandattendancenotesforthe First Response Team ,ensuringinformationisloggedcorrectly.
Client Support:Assistclientswithinitialqueriesanddirectthemtotheappropriatedepartmentorlegalteammember.
Case Administration:Updatecasemanagementsystemswithrelevantclientdataandmaintainaccurateandconfidentialrecords.
Team Coordination:Workcloselywithcolleaguestoensureasmoothclientjourneyandseamlesshandoverofinformation.
Compliance:Ensureallcommunicationanddatahandlingmeetthefirm’scomplianceandconfidentialitystandards.
Fluentlanguageskillsin English and Romanian are essential
