Position:
Receptionist

We are on the lookout for a professional, welcoming and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the flow of personnel by managing access points throughout the building and maintaining fob access systems.
  • Keep a tidy and efficient reception area, providing a professional and courteous service throughout.
  • Handle all phone calls and emails in a prompt, professional manner.
  • Book meeting rooms, maintain room standards, and provide refreshments and basic catering for meetings.
  • Manage documentation and ensure it is stored in the appropriate location or system.
  • Open and close the client suite, manage queries and messages from visitors, issue visitor and staff passes.
  • Assist with emergency evacuations, order consumable goods, and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Friendly and approachable manner, able to remain professional at all times.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate with the ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently to agreed deadlines.
