12-month Maternity cover As a Product Admin Assistant at Clark's, you will help product managers and product teams with coordination, documentation, reporting, and operational tasks throughout the product lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in the fashion industry, to get their first step into a corporate organisation, working closely with and learning on hand from the experts.

This is a 12-month FTC Maternity cover, based in Street, Somerset, 4 days a week on a 30 hour contract.

Key Responsibilities Maintaining product databases, catalogues, and documentation. Coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications between teams. Tracking product development timelines and project milestones. Preparing reports, presentations, and product updates. Assisting with product launches and marketing materials. Managing product information in systems. Monitoring inventory, pricing, and product data accuracy. Supporting product managers with market research and competitor analysis. Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, purchase orders, and record keeping.

Required Skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel and presentation tools. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with databases and reporting tools. Problem-solving and coordination skills. Working knowledge of PowerPoint Understand the importance of cost and margin management
