£12-£13/hour - 8-10 week temporary position

Daniel Owen, one of the UK's leading construction recruitment specialists, is offering a unique opportunity for a driven individual to join our Newcastle office as a Temporary Recruitment Administrator in the booming Trades & Labour sector.

As we head into the busy summer period, we are looking for someone to support with a range of administrative duties within our recruitment team. If you're approachable, organised and people driven this is a perfect role for you to gain valuable experience within a leading agency.

Your key responsibilities:

Assisting with recruitment processes and candidate communication
Providing general administrative support to our team including time sheets and compliance documentation
Maintaining accurate records and databases including data input into our CRM system
Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
Speaking to candidates over the phone and via email

The Ideal Candidate :

Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills via email and over the phone
A proactive and positive attitude
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot with changing priorities
