Lettings Administrator

About The Role:

My client is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team based in Ferryhill, the role will be offered on a 3-month temporary contract, with a pathway to permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have experience within the Lettings and Property market and be confident with the full tenancy lifecycle, and working within a structured, tech-driven environment using CRM systems and Fixflo. This is a process-led role with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Duties:

Manage records, calls, emails, and appointment bookings

Coordinate viewings, inspections, and tenancy progression

Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords

Support property marketing and monitor enquiries

Ensure compliance with safety and lettings regulations

Assist with maintenance coordination via Fixflo

Support rent collection and payment arrangements

Salary:

25,000pa

Yearly bonuses of up to 3000

Working Hours:

35hrs per week

Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
