Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to provide administration support to the Urgent Treatment Centre, including the single point of access and referral service, and to support the GP Out of Hours service.
You will act as the first point of telephone contact for healthcare professionals and be responsible for organising workload and coordinating activities with the nursing team and Support Manager, while upholding confidentiality.
