The Dallas Group is seeking a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Office Operations Executive / Personal Assistant to support its Operations Director at its head office in Morden, London (SM4).
This is a full-time, office-based opportunity suited to a critical thinker, fast learner and strong problem-solver who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.

The company has an experienced management team supporting its franchisees, stores and business operations across the UK.
The RoleAs an Office Operations Executive / Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the Operations Director and provide support across a range of business functions, including:
- Office administration and daily operations
- Purchasing and invoicing
- Stock and inventory management
- Franchisee and store support
- Supply chain and logistics coordination
- Marketing and business analytics support
- Managing and updating office systems
- Supporting field-based colleagues
- Liaising with delivery partners and third-party suppliers
- Responding to franchise and supplier enquiries
- Handling urgent operational issues
- Improving existing management systems
- Assisting the Operations Director with day-to-day responsibilities
- Supporting occasional site inspections and related travel
Experience with
Quick Books, Google Workspace, CRM systems and Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
The employer is looking for someone who has:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- Previous office experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the fast-food or hospitality sector is an advantage, but not required
