About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Contract Administrator to coordinate survey appointments, optimise surveyor schedules, liaise with clients and tenants, and provide administrative support to the Contract and Office Managers. The role also involves monitoring project targets, preparing updates, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule survey appointments and liaise with tenants and clients by phone and email
  • Ensure surveyor schedules are fully optimised and contract requirements are met
  • Support the Contract and Office Managers with day-to-day administration
  • Attend meetings alongside the Contract Manager and prepare updates
  • Communicate effectively with other internal teams such as Laboratory and Plans
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates on project targets
  • Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records
  • Undertake general administrative duties as required
  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • A team player with good attention to detail
