Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a dedicated team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the school.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and interacting with children, staff, parents and visitors.

ASAPThe Role
As the first point of contact for the school, you will help create a positive and professional impression whilst ensuring the smooth running of the school office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties and welcoming visitors to the school
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining pupil records and school databases
- Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
- Processing admissions and pupil information
- Assisting with school communications, newsletters and correspondence
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Managing school bookings, appointments and calendars Processing orders, invoices and general financial administration
- Ensuring compliance with school policies, safeguarding procedures and data protection requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration experience, ideally within an educational setting
- Possesses excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Has strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a friendly, calm and professional manner
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of school information management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom would be desirable but is not essential.
