The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Assistant to join the Faculty’s Professional Services Team in the School of Pharmacy.

In this role, you will support the delivery of an excellent experience for our students and staff by contributing to key administrative activities across the academic year. Working as part of our friendly Education Team, you will collaborate closely with students, academic colleagues and central services, with a particular focus on supporting our taught programmes.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and confidence engaging with colleagues at all levels. You will be a team player who can also use your initiative to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in higher education is desirable but not essential.

Your responsibilities will span the full student lifecycle—from recruitment and registration to assessment, progression and graduation. You will also support key academic processes and committees, with particular involvement in examination administration.

If you are proactive, detail-focused, and keen to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

The position is open-ended and offered on a full-time basis (
