Team Guidance: Provide informal mentorship and daily coordination for junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and productive environment.
Administrative Background: Proven track record in a Senior Administrator, Project Coordinator, or High-Volume Administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
Organisational Excellence: Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain immaculate attention to detail.

A natural, articulate communicator capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, executive leaders, suppliers, and external clients.Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient across Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) and comfortable adapting to specialized CRM, ERP, or CAFM management platforms.
