This is an outstanding business with a fantastic pipeline of future works, with a fantastic reputation as one of the paramount prospering businesses in the construction industry. This regional contractor traditionally specialises in a extensive variety of schemes across Hampshire & surrounding areas for private and public framework clients.
The role of Senior Administrator will be based out of Head Office in Southampton, Hampshire.
- Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
- Monitor and manage company mailbox and phone line
- Consistently update project tracker
- Routinely track training matrix's
- Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
- Understanding of ISO
9001, ISO
4001 & ISO
45001 - Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
