40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am – 6pm, hybrid working (3 in the office, 2 from home), early finish Fridays
Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years’ service
We are seeking to hire an experienced, hands on, CRM Executive to assist in developing and improving Verisure’s communications with our customers. As a CRM Executive, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will work proactively and strategically on all customer communications. You will be an integral part of the Customer Marketing team, defining multi-channel journeys, streamlining operations and coordinating communication across target audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating email journeys, creating templates and achieving business goals.
- Create and manage a communication strategy
- Develop and implement customer communication journeys
- Design email templates and calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Monitor and evaluate the success of email campaigns against key business KPIs
