Learning & Operations Specialist (Projects)
Location: UK – Flexible (Remote)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Contract: Fixed term contract (12 months)
As a Learning & Operations Specialist (Projects), you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and deliver impact. You’ll spearhead projects to improve the learner experience, manage operational processes, and ensure compliance with organisational standards. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, you’ll support continuous improvement and help embed best practice in everything we do. This role calls for someone who is forward‑thinking, technically minded, and has a keen eye for detail.
You will ensure learning initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with our mission, and you’ll be central to making sure our people have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Manage projects to improve the learner experience and meet our learners’ diverse needs.
- Assist colleagues with tools and resources to enhance their skills.
- Manage operational processes to keep everything running smoothly.
- Monitor compliance and ensure policies are followed across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve systems and workflows.
- Use feedback and data to refine learning and operational practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve processes.
- Knowledge of compliance and operational best practice.
- Strong understanding of L&D systems and processes.
- A commitment to inclusion and accessibility in all learning activities.
