Are you organised, client-focused, and passionate about print and packaging? We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our friendly client services team, supporting customers with litho printed carton packaging, commercial print, direct mail, and fulfilment. You’ll be the go-to person for client enquiries, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries, understanding and interpreting briefs clearly
* Preparing accurate quotes and estimates using our MIS system
* Converting orders into clear internal instructions and keeping production teams informed
* Coordinating with suppliers, pre-press, logistics, and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth operations
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat business
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in packaging, commercial print, direct mail, or fulfilment (packaging preferred)
* Comfortable using MIS systems (Tharstern experience is a bonus!)
* Strong understanding of print production processes
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Confident and friendly communicator with both clients and internal teams
