Funding and Business Development Manager

• Salary £40,162.50 (rising to £41,688.68 from April 2026)
• Location Newcastle (Flexible Location)
• Status 37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and outcomes-driven person to join our business development team here at Tyne.

Working with our Director of Programmes and Business Development, you will be supporting all aspects of our work, including income generation, growth, and the production of high-quality funding bids, proposals, and tender responses.

This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about making a difference in the North East and who enjoys working strategically with others towards a common goal. You will work proactively with the Board, Corporate Management Team, and Managers to develop and deliver a revenue income plan aligned with our 26-31 strategic plan and ongoing priorities.

You will also support in scoping out and developing new services and initiatives, working with staff teams, service users and potential service users, partners and stakeholders as appropriate. This includes coproduction with Tyne Housing’s residents and visitors, particularly the Residents’ Consultation Group.
