This is a role that will be very different to what you are used to if you come from a larger recruitment or staffing firm.

You will work alongside the founding team to drive business development across a defined specialism, deliver quickly on high-impact career defining searches and build deep relationships with global decision makers.

You are an experienced 360 recruiter with a track record of building something for yourself before. Whether that is a desk from 0, a new industry vertical, a client portfolio or a reputation among key accounts.
