Role Overview

We are seeking Junior PMO Analysts to join us as we support our financial services client’s Change and Transformation Office
. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with some exposure to project or programme management
, including recent graduates or school leavers, to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidates will work alongside senior PMO professionals and Project Managers, supporting the delivery of large-scale change initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of projects and programmes
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and action trackers
  • Assist in the preparation of governance packs, steering committee reports, and project documentation
  • Analyse project data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Help ensure key milestones, budgets, and deliverables are tracked accurately
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to maintain alignment on project goals
Candidate Requirements
  • Some experience or exposure to project management, PMO, or change environments (including academic or internship experience)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with project tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet) is advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach
  • Keen interest in building a career in project management or business change
