Business Development Team Manager

As a Business Development Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals who help customers choose Sage as their trusted partner. This role goes beyond sales you’ll play a key part in developing people, driving innovation, and shaping exceptional customer experiences from first interaction through to long‑term success.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and inspire your team by coaching individuals to grow their skills, confidence, and impact—enabling consistently exceptional customer engagement.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to scale, automate, and streamline processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration, partnering across the business to shape and evolve Sage’s Finance, HCM, and Payroll solutions for small and mid‑sized organisations.
