We are looking to hire a Tender and Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing Tender and Sales Support team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting global sales activities and tender processes.
Role OverviewThe Tender and Sales Support Coordinator supports the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating tender and contract activities.
This role contributes to the preparation of professional proposals, pricing structures, and project budgets, while also assisting with contract interpretation and tender documentation. By coordinating stakeholder input, maintaining sales systems and pipelines, and providing structured back-office support, you will help ensure efficient, compliant, and well-organised global sales and tender processes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate tender and contract activities, including preparation of proposals, pricing calculations, and project budgets for global clients
- Support the sales team with contract documentation and basic interpretation, ensuring alignment with scope, obligations, and approvals
- Organise and manage the tender process by coordinating input from internal stakeholders across Commercial, Legal, Finance, QHSE, and Operations
- Maintain sales systems, including registering proposals, managing project folders, arranging meetings, running bi-weekly reviews, and updating sales pipelines
- Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and regular system updates and backups
- Provide back-office support such as database management, reporting, reviewing client correspondence, and preparing presentations
- Support the continuous improvement of sales tools, templates, and processes to ensure efficiency, standardisation, and compliance
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience coordinating tender documentation, sales support activities, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, business/project lifecycle, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM system (essential)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Power BI (highly desirable)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support decision-making processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and reporting tasks
