Depending on where you’re based in the North, you’ll either support our partnerships in the North East or North West.

What you will be doing
  • Maintaining positive relationships with partner practices, including business planning and regular reviews aimed at enhancing their businesses and their commercial performance.
  • Designing business improvement solutions and programmes, supporting and consulting to deliver successful well‑run and profitable businesses.

  • Create, build and deliver a business implementation plan, reflecting a comprehensive and accountable plan for the partner practice to achieve its goals.
  • Working closely with partnerships to ensure that the right resource is available at the right time to support projects.
  • Ensure risk and compliance requirements are met on client outcomes, with regular reviews.
  • Deliver “model office(s)” for priority businesses.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of building strong relationships with key partners with evidence of influencing and coaching to improve performance and drive efficiencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop an implementation plan with partner businesses.
Desirable Criteria
  • CMI Level 5 Professional Consultancy (or equivalent) would be an advantage. You’d either be a qualified coach/Consultant or have relevant prior experience.
