Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Roche is seeking an End-to-End Business Team Coach to act as a strategic partner to high-priority teams across the R&D value chain. This role includes delivering coaching interventions for critical projects and contributing to the systemic health of teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred), formal coaching accreditation, and over 10 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech sector while demonstrating a proven track record in systemic team coaching.
