Key Responsibilities

From your first day with us you will be part of a policing family making a real difference.

It is our mission to identify and protect vulnerable people, prevent and respond to harm and keep people safe.

In this role you will be a key link between operational policing and technology, helping to shape and improve the systems and services that support officers, staff and the communities we serve.

You will work closely with colleagues across policing to understand challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into practical solutions. Your work will directly influence how services are designed, delivered and enhanced, helping to improve efficiency, user experience and operational outcomes.

You will lead business analysis activities across a diverse portfolio of projects and change initiatives, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, assess options and support informed decision‑making. You will play a key role in ensuring that technology investments deliver real benefits and meet the needs of the people who rely on them.

Working as part of multidisciplinary teams, you will build strong relationships, facilitate collaboration and provide trusted advice to senior leaders. While this role has no direct line management responsibility, you will use your communication, influencing and leadership skills to bring people together, drive progress and help shape future services.
