Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Mondelēz International seeks a senior Change Readiness Lead to define and drive the program's change strategy, readiness approach, governance, and delivery standards. You will own the readiness framework, key user journey, and consolidated change plans, reporting to the Program Change Director.
This 21-month secondment/fixed term role requires extensive experience in change management, with strong leadership, QA, and cross-functional collaboration across ERP/CRM transformations.
