Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Halfords Group PLC, Worcestershire, is seeking an Operations Process & Policy SME for a 12-month FTC to embed new processes across Retail, HAC or Group Services. You will map end-to-end journeys, identify gaps and develop robust implementation plans for right-first-time delivery.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives, shape operational solutions, assess labour models and create learning plans to ensure successful rollout of propositions and policies across stores and touchpoints.
